GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE »Levo Belt Giveaway«

ORGANISER

The general terms and conditions contained herein shall govern the Levo Belt Giveaway (“Levo Belt Giveaway” or the “Giveaway”).

The organiser of the prize draw is:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).

The Giveaway runs from 9 December 2024 to 11 December 2024 inclusive.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

  1. The Levo Belt Giveaway is open to natural persons of legal age who meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions (“Participants”).
  2. To enter the Giveaway, Participants must complete the following activities on the social network Instagram:
    • Follow the Instagram profile of the Organiser: @levobelt.
    • Tag at least two (2) people under the Organiser’s post about the prize draw.
    • Share the Organiser’s post about the prize draw on their Instagram profile and tag @levobelt.
  3. Each Participant is eligible to enter the Giveaway only once.
  4. The Giveaway cannot be combined with any other prizes, coupons, or gift vouchers of the Organiser.
  5. Participants are responsible for all costs incurred in participating in the Giveaway, including internet access and data transmission fees.
  6. Employees, external contractors, business partners, and immediate family members of the Organiser are not eligible to participate.

PROCEDURE AND RULES

  1. Random Draw:

    • The Giveaway allows Participants to win a prize through a random draw conducted by the Organiser using online random prize-giving platforms.
    • Three (3) winners (“Winners”) will be selected at random.

  2. Winner Announcement:

    • Winners will be informed via a post on the Organiser’s Instagram profile: @levobelt.
    • Winners must contact the Organiser via Instagram or email at info@levobelt.com within three (3) days of the announcement.
    • Failure to contact the Organiser within this time will result in disqualification, and the Organiser reserves the right to select a new winner.

  3. By participating in the Giveaway, Participants accept the General Terms and Conditions, published on the Organiser’s website: https://staging.levobelt.com/.

  4. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude Participants providing incomplete, incorrect, or false information.

  5. A Participant forfeits their prize if they:

    • Fail to meet the Conditions of Participation.
    • Breach any rules of the Giveaway.
    • Refuse or fail to comply with their obligations under these Terms.

  6. All Giveaway results are final and cannot be appealed.

PRIZE

  1. The prize for the Giveaway is one (1) “Levo Belt” as advertised on the Organiser’s website, where each winner may choose their belt size.
  2. The prize is personal and non-transferable. No substitution, cash payment, or exchange is allowed.

BREACH OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. If a Participant breaches these Terms and Conditions or applicable law, the Organiser may:
    • Prevent their participation.
    • Refuse to award the prize.
  2. If breaches are discovered after the prize has been awarded, the Organiser reserves the right to:
    • Revoke the prize.
    • Demand its return and compensation for damages.

LIABILITY

  1. The Organiser accepts no liability for:
    • Consequences of participation.
    • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by Participants.
    • Giveaway disruptions caused by force majeure or governmental actions.
  2. In such cases, the Organiser will inform Participants via the website: https://staging.levobelt.com/.

DATA PROTECTION

  1. The Organiser respects Participants’ privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Details are outlined in the Privacy Policy, published at: https://staging.levobelt.com/.
  2. The Organiser is not responsible for data protection on external sites linked to its website.

PUBLICATION, AMENDMENTS, AND DISPUTES

  1. The Organiser may amend or terminate the Giveaway at any time without notice.
  2. In the event of a dispute, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
  3. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Slovenia, with Slovenian law applying.
